HOW TO PAY TICKETS
All payments MUST be in the form of a money order made out to Gas City Court. The court DOES NOT accept cash or credit cards.

All tickets must be paid in full by the court date located on your ticket. There are NO payment plans offered.

What happens if a ticket isn’t paid on time? Late fees, collection fees and suspension of your driver’s license will be assessed.

When mailing in your payment you MUST include a copy of your ticket and the money order must be made out to GAS CITY COURT.

The ticket prices are located below. If your ticket includes multiple offenses, you must call the court to get total amount. You MUST have your ticket information and a pen ready when calling to speed up process due to it being a high-volume court.

Deferral Program
The Grant County Prosecutors Office offers a DEFERRAL/DIVERSON program. You must contact their office to start this process. They can be reached at 765-664-0739.

Initial hearings are held on Tuesdays at 10:30am
Trials/Sentencings are held on Wednesdays at 2:00 pm.
